Mountain Academy Campus is located on the side of Cougar Mountain
in a natural setting with a spectacular view of Lake Sammamish
and the Cascades. The School Campus is situated next to the
Cougar Mountain Zoological Park which gives
the Campus a magical next to nature quality.

Cougar
Mountain Academy is located on SE 54th, one quarter
of a mile from SE
Newport Way, between Exit 13 and Exit 15 on the south side
of Interstate 90. The Academy Campus is located adjacent
to the Cougar Mountain Zoological Park.

The
Cougar Mountain Academy indoor facilities have been specifically
designed to compliment the aspirations of children and to
provide an ideal and exciting learning environment.
The facilities are attractive and radiate a warm, loving,
creative and structured approach to learning. The spacious
indoor environment and the unique qualities of the facility
instill in every student the feeling of freedom, a greater
degree of creativity and high academic achievement.
Classrooms
are maintained to radiate high expectations in an educational
environment. Subjects on the Kindergarten and Elementary
grade levels are taught in classrooms especially equipped
for a particular subject.
The Cougar
Mountain Academy gymnasium/auditorium accommodates activities
ranging from physical education to academic functions, celebrations
and the arts.
A custom designed
playground with enriching recreational opportunities creates
great social development and fun for all students.

The School
is managed by a dedicated professional management team with
many
years of service and expertise. The objective of the Academy's
Management Team is to provide the best possible education
for each individual student.
Parents
do not take an active part in School management but are encouraged
to participate in a broad range of school functions. The
Cougar Mountain Academy philosophy maintains that parents
and School are to work hand in hand on a parallel course,
fulfilling complimentary but independent roles in developing
the child's future.

and centralized management style combined with proper
School/Parent teamwork not only assures a future of promise
but has also stood the
test of time by giving Cougar Mountain Academy a history of
